The ETF is the first digital asset fund, according to SFDR Article 8 with its innovative decarbonization methodology. Its integrated Renewable Energy Certificate solution caters to institutional investors, allowing them to benefit from Bitcoin while adhering to ESG goals.
Key Partnerships and Regulation
The ETF, which is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and traded as BCOIN, collaborates with Fidelity Digital Assets for custodial services, while Flow Traders handles market-making. Jane Street and DRW are among the authorized participants.
